Abby is a trial lawyer with a particular focus on business disputes.  She offers the full spectrum of litigation services for clients in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on clients in the real estate investment and property management industries.  Her practice includes pre-suit counseling and risk analysis, and trials, hearings, and appeals before federal and state courts.  Abby brings several years of experience at an Am Law 200 firm to Vineyard Law Firm.

Abby seeks to balance assertive advocacy with a real-world practicality while remaining mindful of each client's unique goals and interests.  Certain matters call for a no-holds-barred approach, while other matters don't – Abby is valued for having the foresight to gauge each matter's specific needs.  Although based in Atlanta, Abby routinely handles disputes in other parts of the Southeast with the assistance of local counsel.
